Literature tells us that in the eleventh century, the white wines of Anjou, from the Chenin grape were already among the most famous. Anjou Blanc is located on the south bank of the Loire. These plots are classified in Anjou. Since 1999, it is no longer used synthetic chemicals and the culture is done mechanically; the amendments are made by adding organic compost. The harvest is made by two passages, in order to obtain a full and fat white Anjou, with appearances of soft on the nose, brought by noble rot (80% of noble rot, the rest being golden yellow grapes).

Dry and fat, this Anjou Blanc stands out as much for its freshness as for its astonishing aromatic finesse dominated by aromas of white fruit, peppery pineapple, and wood. The volume is accompanied by a burst of freshness with a hint of mineral bitterness.
