Description

The vineyard belongs to the terroir of the village of Madiran. Since 1998, Pascal Savoret has been producing quality wines from a reasoned culture. In order to perpetuate the estate, he vinifies various vintages, after selection, in collaboration with other winemakers from the Madirannais, at the cellar of “Clot” in Bel Air. Clot being the name of the creator of the cellar, but in some patois, it is the name that one gave to a small parcel of vine, a selection. The principle is that during the assembly before putting, is put in cask a batch for a total aging of 36 months in its barrel. From there, there is no more use of sulfur.
