Description

Former Templar farm, which was for more than 5 centuries the property of the Archbishop of Narbonne, the Domaine Saint-Jean de Conques has preserved from this clerical past only the imposing cross that marks the entrance to the domaine. The vines classified in AOC Saint-Chinian are on the plateau which dominates at the same time the plain of Béziers and that of Narbonne.

Bruno Quenioux opinion

Succession of aromas: first flowers that give way to scents of truffle and then spicy notes. A well-made Saint-Chinian, fleshy, round, fruity. A hint of liquorice before a spicy finish.
